1. Introduction

FlowShifts ("the App") is a workforce management application developed by TableStake LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the FlowShifts mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide our scheduling and team communication services:

• Phone Number — Used for authentication via one-time passcode (OTP) and to match you to your employer's roster.
• Name and Role — Retrieved from your employer's point-of-sale system to identify you within the team.
• Availability Preferences — Days and times you indicate you are available or unavailable to work.
• Messages — Text messages you send in team chat and any shift swap requests you post.
• Push Notification Token — Your device's push notification identifier, used to deliver schedule updates and alerts.
• Task Updates — Status changes and comments you make on assigned tasks.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your identity via SMS verification.
• Display your schedule, tasks, and team communications.
• Send push notifications about schedule changes, new messages, and task assignments.
• Enable shift swap requests and availability submissions.
• Provide your manager with operational insights (aggregated, not individually targeted).

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure within the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest (server-side encryption). We do not store your data on the device beyond your authentication token.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is accessible only to:

• Your employer's authorized managers (for scheduling and team operations).
• TableStake technical staff (for system maintenance and support).

We use a third-party SMS provider for one-time passcode delivery (phone number only, not retained beyond delivery).

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your employer maintains an active TableStake account. If you leave your employer or your employer cancels their account, your data is deleted within 30 days. Chat messages older than 500 messages are automatically pruned.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Request a copy of your data by contacting your manager or us directly.
• Request deletion of your data by emailing us at the address below.
• Opt out of push notifications at any time via your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

FlowShifts is intended for use by employees aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
